Od godziny 11:00 obserwujemy zanik transmisji do OPL, który potwierdził uszkodzenie włókien optycznych.Dotknięte awarią usługi, tj. TPIX oraz TPNET, znajdują się na routerach Polmix2 oraz Globalmix2. Please note we have recently an official ETR for both of the mentioned
fiber cuts.
The fiber cut impacting Warsaw – Bratislava route, has an initial ETR of
18h00 CEST, while the fiber cut impacting Warsaw – Hamburg route, has an
initial ETR of 23h30 CEST.
As soon as we have any other relevant update, we will let you know.

Dear Cogent Customer,
As a result of two simultaneous and unrelated fiber cuts in our backbone
network, customers whose service is delivered in Warsaw, Krakow,
Katowice, Vilnius and Riga markets, might notice a significant service
performance decrease.
The first fiber cut, is impacting Warsaw – Bratislava span, and is
ongoing since around 11h00 CEST. Please note that we don’t have an ETR
for such fiber cut yet, but fiber provider has confirmed restoration
actions are being expedited.
The second fiber cut, is impacting Warsaw – Hamburg span, and is ongoing
since 12h47 CEST, the fault has been reported to the fiber provider
immediately, and we are pending a feedback from them.
