Our monitoring systems alerted us about an incident concerning a line card within our network.

The connected customers lost connectivity on the ports connected via the affected infrastructure at edge03.fra12 (Linecard 2); satellite connections (satellite05-08) were affected as well.

Currently, the situation is stabilized again. We are monitoring the situation further and investigating with our vendor.

This ticket will be updated regularly to keep you informed.
